To continue serving the community and creating a future capable of viability and change, the YMCA of Parkersburg needs your help. With your contribution to this monumental cause we may continue to invest in our kids, our health and our community.

2024 Community Impact Report

Thanks to the incredible generosity of last year's donors, the YMCA made a lasting impact on our community. We are thrilled to share how your support has helped us strengthen lives and build a healthier, more connected community.

Here’s how your donations made a difference:

  • Over $5,200 scholarships were given for memberships because the YMCA is for ALL.

  • Over 2,800 members were able to utilize the YMCA for their wellness journey.

  • Over $16,200 scholarships were given to those who needed assistance in participating in a program such as Swim Lessons, Rock Steady Boxing or Swim Team.

  • 207 children had a fun and safe summer at the YMCA! Over 230 students worked on homework at the After-School program.

Looking for details to become a sponsor for the 2025 Heart of Our Community event?
We have different sponsorship levels available. With each level you receive a certain number of tickets for the Heart of Our Community dinner. Your name will be recognized at the event as a donor. Some upper level donors will also have their name and/or logo displayed on the Donor Wall at the YMCA of Parkersburg.
